Technical requirements for the WebTrader

Operating System

The WebTrader platform is supported by the following operating systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS. There is currently no mobile/hand-held device application for ForexTrading.com.

Internet Browser and Connection

The WebTrader platform is compatible with the following Web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or later, Mozilla Firefox version 3 or later, Safari version 3 or later.

Recommended minimum Internet connection speed is 256 kbps or faster.

Other requirements

  • Charts: Microsoft .Net Framework 2 or above must be installed to view charts.
  • PDFs: To view some Web pages, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player installed. You can download the latest releases from the Adobe website.
